I have been offered an old omega.
It has CENTREX above the OMEGA on the dial. It was a small Chrono dial at 6oclock.
Oddly, it has a sailing ship on the back, that is covered with thick blue plastic.
Around the ship is written Calander Waterprotected and a number (18750). THe back would not come off, but the watch appears to be solid gold (it has a deep scratch that is gold all the way. IT has ANti Magnetic Automatic on the face.
I am not sure if this is actually an Omega, or some watch tricked up like one.
can anyone tell me if i should buy it? they want about $300 USD.
