There are a few inconsistencies..

: Thankyou for your response. I have sent the 8
: digit serial no. on the Lug to Omega through

They usually reply. However they may take several weeks.

I am only aware that the serial numbers are in 8 not 6 digits format. The numbers on mine are machine printed, not handfilled.

Red dot means case has been factory sealed and not yet been opened.

I would question the AD further on them and if the answers are unsafisfactory invoke my refund rights.
