Re: Missing seahorse! - interesting

Hi,

The marking inside are as follows:

51477149
396-1041
Omega 1438
6 jewels

Not sure which is the case ref mind you!

But, received an email from swisstimeservices.com (UK Omega approved service centre) who confirmed that this model did NOT have the seahorse logo. However, the pictures on xpfalcon's website doesn't bear this out so I'm still a little confused! Cheers - Ian

:
: I'm certainly NOT an expert on pre-Bonds, but
: like you, thought they should have a
: seahorse ( sometimes called a hippocampus ).

: All I can suggest is that you remove the case
: back & check out which case ref no is on
: the inside of the caseback. We can then
: check this to make sure it is the correct
: caseback.

: I've never seen a fake Pre-Bond.

: finally I'm sure you're aware of this, but
: there is a great website covering these
: models here's a link...

: Falconxp Divers

: Let us know what you find.

: Steve
