Omega SMP GMT

Hi Everyone,
I have a couple questions about my newly acquired Omega Seamaster Professional GMT. First, I know that the accuracy of my watch is within specs (I get +5 to +6 seconds per day), but do any of you get better? Isn't the Co-Axial movement more accurate? Should I send it in for adjustment? I've been getting this consistently every day for the past 4 weeks.
And my last question is: Can my watch get over-wound by always wearing it? I run every day, and wonder if its going to wear the watch down faster by all the movement, even worse, over winding it due to all the movement.
Sorry for the questions, this is my first fine watch and really want it to last considering how much I paid for it.
Thanks for your responses.
