Well, it certainly appears that the Omega repair facility in Secaucus is living up to the high level of customer service by the previous black hole in Pennsylvania. "We won't even give you ballpark estimate unless you send it in, and then we're going to hold it for a couple of months, and then get back to you with a price, and regardless of whether you get it fixed or not, we're going to send it back to you with a big, fat thumbprint on the inside of the crystal. There will be an additional surcharge to put the bracelet on backwards, however..."
