When to service new-old-stock watch?

In March 2007 I bought my SMP 2531.80

I just got the COSC certificate, and noticed it was tested in June 2003.

So, the watch is already 4 years old ( no problem with that ), but when should I have it serviced?

After it has been running 4-5 years, or should it see service pretty soon already, since it's already almost 4 years old.

Any thoughts on this?

ps. it runs like a charm, I can get it to gain less then 1-2 seconds a week (!) if I position it right during the night.
