Hey

I've been lucky enough to be given an Automatic Seamaster with the black face, bezel etc. Now i'm a kind of active guy, does anyone know if this watch will stand up to mountain biking, running, that sort of thing? I was given it as the mechanics are less likly to pack up in cold conidtions unlike the quartz.

Any comments or what do you do in 'yours'???!!!
