It looks like the Catalogue watch was fitted with a Lemania movement....

So... you could buy a lemania ( 'coz they grow on trees - right ? ) & a Titanium Teutonic case ( 'coz they grow on trees & fall off, ripe , onto the ground where you simply pick them up - Yeh !) & then build your own prototype :-)

And harping back to my previous reply.... notice the 24hr subdial at 03:00. So we don't have the duplicate minute counter problem. This subdial appears to be a 24hr indicator for the main time keeping hands.
