Omega Stopwatch.Pic's

Hi.
The wife is making sort out all my dads old stuff, mostly to sell on ebay, but i have found his old Omega Stopwatch & would like to know more about it before it goes for sale.
My dad refereed at Rugby matches here in South Wales back in the 1970's & as far is i know he used this stopwatch for the games, i am not sure as i was just a kid at the time.
I have tried looking on the net to find one the same with no luck, so i have no idea of it's value, if you could help i would be most grateful.
