Just Purchased an Omega 2225.80 - What to do...

Ok - so I just purchased a new Omega 2225.80. I purchased it from an authorized Omega retailer at an entirely reasonable price (comparable to new internet prices). This was suprising to me as I thought there would be no discounting off of MSRP from them.

So as this is my first Omega, but certainly not the last, I'm wondering what to do and how to ensure I have all ducks in a row. I received three credit card sized artifacts labeled: 1) pictograms, 2) chronometer certificate and 3) an international warranty card.

The jewler mistakenly put yesterdays date on the int warranty card (hopefully not an issue) and didn't fill-out anything else on them. I understand I can order the COSC certification directly from Omega and will do that on Monday.

So my question, however, is this: is the Watch No supposed to be the same as the watches serial number on case back at 7 o'clock? They are not... In addition, I'm wondering what else I might do or request in order to be entirely official?

Thanks for the help,

Matt Ortiz
