Hi Josh,

I had the same problem, I realy wanted an Omega after I had a Tag 2000 stolen. I brought a Seamaster from Hong Kong, it was claimed to be genuine but was sooo bad! the time stopped when the crown was screwed in place and it gained about 10 mins a day...and was FAKE
Since then I look at every watch on Ebay with caution.
For peace of mind and a year later I've just brought a Seamaster 300 M Chronometer from a high street dealer and it is worth every penny.
If it's the vintage you like there are one or two really good sellers on ebay, check out Prestige-timepieces.
Just look for a ebay shop with 100% or near feedback.
