Re: new watches w/ no chronometer or pictogram car

: hi, i just purchased 2 new 2254 anda 3570 and
: both were bought from a official omega
: dealer but both of them came with only a
: international warranty cards... whats up
: with that no chronometer cert. or a
: pictogram card??? how do i get them??? did
: the dealer steal them??? help please.
: thanks!

You should have received pictograms cards with BOTH watches. Since the Speedmaster 3570.50 is not a certified chronometer, this watch does not come with a chronometer certificate card. However, the 2254.50 definitely does. Hopefully it was just an error on your AD's part. However, if your AD gives you any excuses, tell him he's full of it and that you'll be returning the watches if he doesn't give you the proper documentation. You paid for 2 new watches with all boxes and cards, and that's what you are entitled to. When you do get the cards, make absolutely sure the serial numbers on the cards match those on the backs of the watches. Some sloppy AD's have been known to give out the wrong cards.

Good luck,
John
