well. i just bought a 2254.50 seamaster pro. and yeah, mine runs +4 to +6 seconds fast every 24 hours it is a chronometer cert watch from the factory if you check chronometer watches they run -4 to +6 seconds slow or fast at worst, it just depends on the the watch and yes, they can be adjusted, but! it will never be right on the money every time, you can get close but not on a automatic watch. if youre that worried about it look into a Quartz omega.but! i have to say my speedmaster 3570. is +1 second fast every time thats almost prefect!you'll be fine!
