At 3 years old, you should be only about halfway to needing a servicing. Your Aqua Terra is co-axial, so it should go at least 6 years between servicings. If the watch starts to keep poor time or doesn't hold its power reserve, then you'll know it needs servicing sooner. Otherwise, you should be fine for at least the next 3 years.

As for a dial swap, Omega won't do this. You have a specific model number and a serial number that corresponds to that model. Once they change the dial to a different color, they have essentially changed model numbers. Omega will only replace parts that were originally designed for that model. That is, they'll put a new dial on that's identical to your current one (if the dial is ever damaged), but they won't install a dial with a different color.
