Omega has changed their position on servicing gray market watches over the years, but right now they will service watches without serial numbers. Personally, I think it's a bad idea, since Omega is basically endorsing the gray market by agreeing to service such watches. Still, it's all about the money, and there's a lot of money to be made in servicing watches (even those without serial numbers).
