You are correct about the hands, as shown in the picture below that shows the Reduced and full size Pro side-by-side (courtesy of Sandog on the watchuseek forum).

Also, the seller in the above auction is highly reputable. A lot of people on the watchuseek Omega forum have bought watches from him, and they have nothing but excellent things to say about him.
