Seamaster Professional 300M Doesnt Wind Up

Hi,

Ive had my Omega Seamaster Professional 300M automatic for about two and a half years now.

I used to be able to wind up the watch when I didn't wear it for extended periods of time until there was a slight bit of tension on the crown.

Lately when I try to wind up the watch I cant get any tension on the crown and it just keeps turning. I also get a clicking sound after a couple of winds.

I took it into an omega service place and the technician advised that there is nothing wrong with the watch. He fobbed me off and said that the reason it doesn't wind up tensely is that the lubricant has moved around and he mentioned that the clicking sound is normal.

I explained that this is all new, but didn't get a response different to that above.

Is this true?, and can this start two and a half years later after the watch has been bought?

Thanks
