: Thanks for the response John. I checked out
: Otto Frei's website. He did not having any
: case backs listed that seem to fit. If I
: read his site correctly he charged a fee
: just to check his stock. He made quite a big
: deal about making money from answering
: emails.
: The omega.ch website did not have a specific
: area for parts. I sent them an email, but do
: not have a lot of confidence.
: My father's watch is at a local jewelers, and
: I'm trying to locate the part
: Thanks again for your effort,Dan

I just remembered something that I should have mentioned earlier (must be that early onset mid-30's Alzheimer's). Omega won't sell parts directly to you. They only sell parts through their authorized service center network. So, if you go to Omega's website at the link below, you can locate a whole bunch of authorized US service centers. Maybe one of them can help you get that elusive case. If the case you are looking for is rare, it may have to be shipped in from Switzerland anyway, which could take a while.

As for Otto Frei, I do see that he charges a fee for e-mail checks but not if you call him directly. I never noticed that little "rant" about e-mails before you mentioned it.

Again, good luck,
John
