Bond chrono: is the minute hand misaligned? *PIC*

Hi everyone,
in the pic below, the dial is depicted of my new Bond chrono (2225.80). As you can see, I run the second hand a few seconds ahead in order to see more precisely the minute chrono-hand.

According to your experience, is the minute hand misaligned? When I see the watch directly, I can determine a very small tilt, that is less than a degree. When the first minute passes, the minute hand is placed exactly over the first marker in order to indicate that first minute. So no problems at the other positions of the hand.

Am I too far-fetched about it or I have to go and fix it?

Any inputs would be really appreciated.
