Need help identifying Omega watch

Can anyone help in identifying this Omega? It has a stainless steel case that is all one piece, not added-on lugs. From lug tip to lug tip, it's 1 1/2", without the lugs, it's 1". Side to side the case is 15/16" without the crown. The sides of the case and dial are sightly convex. It's 1/4" thick including the crystal. The crystal has rounded corners, so it has a TV screen shape to it if you look at it with the crown facing up or down. Both the crystal and the back are curved, with no observatory. The dial reads: Omega, automatic, chronometer, officially certified; then down lower Constellation with a star under it. The hour markers are little black sticks. The dial is a silver color with a linen-look texture. The overall appearance is somewhat modern, maybe mid-70's? The case is mostly brushed with a little polished trim. Thanks.
