I think the watch that you show is a custom made watch.

Lets start with the rare stuff. Omega has officially "admitted" to making a white dialed speedmaster. Chcuk mentions it in his "speedmaster istory" page => Omega/Chucks speedmaster history page

There are a few pictures of this watch, probably the best know is on Eric So's website => Here's a link to Eric's webpage for the white Speedy

If you compare the dials though, you'll see differences in the subdial markings, the stepped rim, the T SWISS MADE T markings etc etc.

So where did the dial , in your picture, come from ? I know you can get them as Omega spares. I'm afraid that I don't know much more than that though.

I'm a little but stumped as to why Omega sell these dials, as spares, but they don't appear to have made a publicly available watch.

The "other" examples are probably the "reduced" ( or automatic ) models. There are plenty of these around.
