question about a de ville on ebay *LINK*

Hello,
I was looking at this ad on ebay, and although it seems a great watch at a great price, it also seems too good to be true. I searched for the ref # (4531.40) and it doesn't appear to exist on omega website or other internet stores, except auctions.
Does someone know if it is a discontinued model or an Asia-only model (the seller is in Hong Kong) or anything else? Would you consider it a good purchase? (in terms of value/money, because I like the design, color, and the co-axial mechanism)
Thank you!

PS. I posted the same message on the counterfeit advice forum, I'm not sure which is the best place for the question, but I hope it's not considered too much to post it to both. It's not entirely a counterfeit question but it's very close.
Thanks!
