Is the watch case severly damaged?

First off, I believe you can buy the bezels from Ofrie.com, but they are not cheap.

Second, why would Omega try to sell you another case, dial, and hands if nothing is wrong with your original? Omega will overhaul the watch if you want them to, but this is not standard practice to replace all these parts. They usually will polish the case, but not replace it unless its really beat up. Full service I believe costs about $400 or so, and this includes a complete overhaul of the movement. $595 seems excessive.
