Omega DeVille Winding...crown stuck...HELP! *PIC*

Hello everyone.! great forum, very informative. Hoping someone can help me.!
I bought a Omega DeVille C-Axial Chronoscope (Cal. 3313 - Ref 4850.30.37) about 3 months ago. Everything is been fine, until monday. I noticed my watch was dead. (funny as i have it on a winder when not used..)
took me forever to get it going again on Monday morning, got it to work, used it about 12 hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, on friday morning it was dead. Called local AD he tells me that wrist movement isnt enough, that i need to physically wind it by turning the crown about 40 times from the neutral position(wearing position) clockwise, (if looking at logo on crown). there is the problem. My crown doesnt move in this position, it moves counterclock wise, but not clockwise. if it pull it out one more time, (position 2-date change) then it works. AD tells me to take in and send it to Omega, but i hear they keep it for months.! help..! does anyone one have the same model that can confirm if their crown moves clockwise in position 1..?
