The future of Omega prices and Omegamania/WSJ

I happened to be in the local Tourneau and the Omega National Account Sales Manager and the Omega Regional Sales Manager were in the store.

We discussed a number of topics, including the future of Omega prices and Omegamania and the Wall Street Journal article.

I stated the current average Omega price was $3,000. I asked if the day would come where you couldn't buy an Omega for less than $5,000. The response was yes, the goal was to raise prices with the new technologies.

Ouch!

Interestingly, they were prepared for adverse public reaction to the Wall Street Journal article about Omegamania/Antiquorum. Omega feels they got no real adverse effects.

Perhaps more later . . .
