Congrats! I'm a new Omega owner as well. Why don't we share a couple of pics of our watches.

With the dollar and economy being a little on the unstable side, moving some savings into luxury watches, especially if one's an enthusiast, doesn't seem to be a bad idea.

That's why suddenly instead of owning a single nice piece (Omega SMP) I now have a few, and it sure was fun finding and buying.

Enjoy your watch!

: Well, I finally did it! I bought an Omega. A
: Seamaster Pro Chronograph. It was touch and
: go for a while. I wanted a new Swiss watch,
: and it had come down to three. A Tudor -
: Sport, a Tag - Link Chronograph, or an Omega
: - Seamaster. I first looked at the Tudor and
: was quite impressed, however I was leaning
: more towards a chronograph. That's when the
: Tag came into the mix. I have always loved
: the link series, but have never been able to
: decide exactly which one to go for. I am
: currently on holidays in Melbourne, so I
: thought I would have a look in a reputable
: dealer in Melbourne central. The salesman
: brought out two watches. A two tone
: automatic Tag chronograph (white face) and
: the Seamaster chronograph. Well, it didn't
: take long, and after a successful
: negotiation the decision was clear. I HAD to
: have the Seamaster. Now the real addiction
: starts........
