SpeedLimit with Seamaster Pro Chronograph

Hi, I have a brand new Seamaster Pro Chronograph that seems to gain at least 6 seconds per day. I know that it is the upper limit of the COSC certificate, but this advance is very regular even if I change its resting position at night (nearly 40 seconds per week). Should I bring it back to the dealer for a revision ?
Another point : when using the chronograph, the minutes hand increments when the seconds passes 59 marker. Is it common with Omega Chronograph ? Thanks for your answers
