Omega makes such things pretty much only for promotional purposes--like as giveaways for golfing or other events they sponsor. They do not have any such items for sale.

But it does not hurt to contact Omega Customer Service and ask about such items. They may have something they might be able to send you. Several people that asked nicely have received items ranging from advertising posters to baseball caps. Much of what or whether they can send you anything is based merely on the luck of your request coming in right when a few extra items are lying around!
