Re: Co-axial
In Response To: Co-axial ()

: Hi, Everyone: Omega has had four runs of the
: special editions of the De Ville co-axial.
: They have never formally come to the U.S.
: market and seem to have been all sold out in
: the other parts of the world. Any body has
: any news about what Omega is going to do
: with what is said to be the most significant
: technological invention in horology over 200
: years? Are they coming to the U.S.
: eventually? Any guess about the pricing
: range?

: Carl

Carl: Just noticed your message> I was talking to Omega (Swatch) in Toronto yesterday and during the conversation the co-axial was discussed. I was told the regular production of the co-axial will start soon and they will be priced around 3 thousand dollars Canadian. That means they will likely be quite a bit less in US dollars.

My original call was to enquire about a deployment strap. Around 600 dollars here.

Martin.
