just sent my smp back 2factory4 service. but does.....

i just sent my smp back 2 the factory 4 service. but does anyone know how to send a glycine back for service? i emailed glycine back in new york, they just answered with just send it to this address????... no repair number, no nothing. just send it??? i want to make sure they get the watch and that i have proof by them that they authorized it. theyre not as professional as omega and all the others in the swatch group. so does any one know how i should send it back. thanks! :)
