Hi all,

It is time for my Seamaster Pro 2531.80 to have a complete overhaul and cleaning. Can anyone recommend an Authorized Omega repair facility? I have heard horror stories about the Omega Service Center in NJ and I will not send it there. I live in Mechanicsburg, PA. I heard that Swiss Service in LaGrange, IL was pretty good. Can anyone confirm this? I am looking for a shop that really cares and handles these watches like their own. I really love my Omega and if I had the talent to do this myself--I would. Can anyone suggest an excellent Omega service shop?

Another thing... is there any reason why a non-authorized Omega watchmaker couldn't service it? Also, I know the local jeweler in my area has a certified Rolex tech that works there. I guess he could serive it too???

Thanks,
Brent
