Had the same problem it was loose hands, so they say. Only took three trips to Omega service center. AD did not have another one to exchange for it. It was also discontinued by Omega 2298.80 Titanium version. For my troubles I got 2 nice scratches in the case. Brand new watch, so I gave up and sold it for about a $800.00 loss. I completely informed the buyer. He did not mind scratches but I can't deal with them on a new watch. I did purchase it at a 40% discount so the buyer got a good deal. I feel for you, good luck.
