Not much you can do about them unless you want to replace the whole Bezel insert. I usually wait for a good bit of scarring and then head over to my friendly neighborhood Ebay store. They usually cost about $30 for a new insert; Omega doesn't sell the inserts separately from the Bezel anymore, so it costs a good chunk to get the official insert/bezel combo (that will be dented up again soon enough). A bit of rubber cement is good enough to get the new insert locked in, and you're back to a pretty watch again.
