To the Brothers: Watches, Screwing Around and Provoking Mods

I was thinking about the Band of Brothers / soccer hooligans / huddled masses / wretched refuse this morning, during the drive into the office.

Seems that there are at least three major categories of fun in these watch forums: (a) discussing watches, (b) screwing around and having the banter among the brothers (and sisters), and (c) provoking / taunting / playing with the moderators / owners, which is closely related to item (b) [screwing around and having fun].

Taking these one as a time, (a) I am guessing that, with the brothers' arrival here and continued participation, Chronocentric can become great for discussing watches; (b) we know that the screwing around will all be in decent taste, given Sam's role as Moderator, and (c) I am confident that provoking Sam and me will not be part of the game. So I have convinced myself that the wretched refuse / huddled masses / tempest-tossed Band of Brothers will find a wonderful home here, and that we will all live happily ever after!!

So tell me: was this analysis correct or have I missed something (or should I not be pondering such difficult issues during the morning commute)?

Jeff
