Like all enthusiasts, we all remember our very first
: 'nice' watch, in our cases that which began our long journey
: into over-the-top watch collection. Mine was given to me in !989
: by my (future) wife for graduating from dental school. It is an
: Air-King date - available only in the U.K. and Canada as far as
: I know - and it's been a great watch. It had its first service
: last year, despite lots of abuse including going through the
: washing machine when it was 2 months old. What's your story?

Oh Yeah, High School Graduation. My Grandfather gave Jimmy and me Bulova Accutrons. I still have mine, box, papers and the works. When I took the battery out years ago, it ran perfectly. Don't know if Jim still has his or not, but I do..............David
