I can help...i collect and repair these models, and the other brands featuring the ESA range of Tuning fork movements.
Many of the parts are obselete, and no longer available from Omega or the other brands..including the date wheels...sigh!!

I have a some secondhand and new date wheels....they are not cheap though..and i will only fit them whilst performing a full service...this is to cover myself, not a mercenary attempt to charge the earth.

Alternatively, take your chances with a cheap donor watch..although it is a common problem, due mainly to the wheels being plastic, and a slight design flaw...it is still possible to get lucky.
