Cal. 1164 Chrono Minute Hand

I just got my first Omega. Its a Speedy date (3210.50.00) with the 1164 movement (Valjoux 7750).

I have one small question about the chrono. I've noticed the chrono minute hand (top small dial) does not perfectly reset to zero, or maybe it does as there is no marker there, but when its running it doesn't line up exactly with the minute tick marks on the dial, it's slightly behind each mark.

I know it's not a huge deal, but I've heard there are ways to recalibrate this on some watches without having to open up the case or anything. Can anyone offer advice?

Thanks, JT
