Re: Tag watch purchase and warranty

I am getting ready to have to send my Tag in for the 3rd time in 19 months. They have always tried to fix it but I cannot believe I am having all these issues with a watch that is supposed to be outstanding.

I purchased a Tag from authenticwatches.com. The watch did not work
: after about a month or so and I sent it to them for repair. They
: claim that it was subject to impact and therefore not covered
: under their warranty. Has anyone else run into this problem with
: them?

: First, the watch was not in anyway subjected to impact. My husband
: has worn his previous watch which was not designed for sport for
: over 10 years with no problems.

: Second, the watch is apparently designed and marketed for sports.
: So it should withstand "impact" anyway.

: I believe these guys summarily dismiss all warranty requests in the
: same way.

: I am taking these guys to court and would like to be able to
: substantiate my belief that they do this as a pattern.

: I will read the other postings here too ...
: Thanks in advance
