For sure the dial has been relumed and the case ref# is for a Geneve model. So what you probably have is a recased and/or redialed franken watch and for sure it didn't leave the factory that way. I hope you didn't pay too much for it. It looks nice and Id wear it, but its not worth much to a collector. Maybe worth $150 or so for the case and movement in good condition. $200 max if its been recently serviced. If you are ok with the looks not being original, I would wear it. You might have some luck finding an original dial if you look around.
