I must be very lucky.

My new Omega DeVille Co-axial I purchased about three and a half weeks ago was 3s fast after I set it with www.time.gov (I pushed the crown just a moment too soon). It seems to keep to within a second during the day and gains no more than 2s at night if placed crown side down, and perhaps loses 1s when placed place crown side up. It is now only 6s fast, an average change of only 1s per week! It will be interesting to see if the very hot weather here in Arizona will affect it. Weather now is just glorious.

Only two nights ago I managed for the first time to catch the date turn over in a blink at 7s past midnight.

Now that is precision engineering! I'm absolutely delighted with it.
