Old Ranchero model

I bought an old Ranchero model that's been redialed. It has the dress styled dial, but not sure how it originally came.

Found an old ad for a gold capped model with arrow hour hand marked Seamaster (1st image) and another gold cap with Dauphine hands marked Ranchero (2nd image) Dial patina looks old enough to be original and based on aging. Doubt anyone refinishing would think to have Ranchero added (no internet to check values etc.), so lets assume it's original.

Mine has a s/s case and all properly signed. I also have original gold hands (found at a watchmakers I did business with).

Just curious if anyone actually knows if dials were signed both ways with the dress styled dials
