Watch winding?

Hello all,
This thread is kind of along the same thoughts as the other placed earlier today about watch winding by Chris.

1. Does the accuracy of the timepiece depend on how much it is wound? Meaning, if the watch is 100% wound or 25% wound will it keep the same precision in time?

2. I do not right now have a watch winder to put my Planet Ocean on while not wearing it. When not wearing the watch is there a good or bad way to set it on the nightstand? Does the orientation of the watch while off the wrist and not on a winder affect the keeping of time?

3. What is the thoughts of most of you guys/gals on frequency of setting the time on your watch. I have had my first automatic for a couple months now. It is keeping great time, only losing a second or two a day. Do most of you guys/gals wait till it gets off a fair amount or do you set it back to perfect fairly often? I guess this could just be personal preference but I was curious what most people did.

Thanks so much,
Chili
