You have inadvertently learned a valuable new skill and source of amusement.

Now you can ask to see your anal retentive watch collecting WIS friends' dive watches, stealthily move their bezels one click off, and observe it drive them crazy when they notice.
They will suspect you did it, but won't accuse you . . . and you will enjoy the 59 minute alignment contortion they will go thru.

If you are feeling particularlly dastardly, interrupt just as they get about to align the marker . . . and they may have to go around again.
