Opinions on 3581.30 (Speedy BA GMT)?

Hi all -

I've been considering several Omegas as I plan my next watch purchase. I initially thought I would go with the SM 300M GMT (2535.80) over either a basic or chrono PO. However the Speedy BA GMT (steel on steel)has really captured my interest: functional, visually stunning and (in my opinion) able to transition from sports to boardroom with aplomb.

I haven't seen many posts on 3581.30 and thus am soliciting opinions from those who have owned or are otherwise familiar with the watch. Observations on movement, reliability, band / clasp, etc. are welcome. Comparative comments v. other Speedy's, other types of Omegas, or competing brands would also help me a great deal.

Finally: is the board's preferred AD still the person located in our nation's capital, or has that changed? Any PMs on this would be much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance for all replies.

- MCC
