Omega Soccer? *PIC*

Hi!

I just got hold of this interesting dial which seems to be from an Omega Seamaster soccer but I have never seen this version. Does anyone have a clue which reference number this is or if this is at all original? It looks great but I have no idea how to make a complete watch out of it...
