If this is an authorized dealer, they should take care of you.
Your watch is technically out of the +6 to - 4 seconds/day spec. While the watch may very well break in over time, in my experience with three different automatic movements from 3 different brands, these watches all slowed over time which would not help you. Each watch is different of course and yours could speed up, but at present it does seem to be somewhat minus regulated.
