While it is technically possible, Omega will not let you do that. That is taking a part made exclusively for a limited edition and more expensive model and using it to 'upgrade' a regular model.

If they allowed that, then lots of people would use that to 'trick out' cheaper models into resembling models that are supposed to be rarer and more expensive. This not only cheapens the brand image, but also destroys resale values on the brands watches because of the increased likelyhood that nicer models are not authentic.
