I've had 2 Bonds with blue bezel (1 auto, 1 quartz) for a total of five years. My profession is such that my watch receives at least half a dozen hard knocks a week, yet remains flawless (both bezel and crystal). The only thing that shows that they have been worn is the ubiquitous "rub" marks on the bracelet clasp. After all these years, I still cringe whenever I hear the contact between the watch and some hard object, and am still amazed to find no marks on the crystal or bezel.
