I got it and its great!

Right, I do not mean to show off here, but with so many people owning the Omega Seamaster Professional, loosely termed "James Bond Watch" (2531.80), I have to shout out that " I LOVE MINE!!" I got this fabulous watch as a present and I would be lying if I said I was dissappointed. In fact, it's something I have always wanted. Finding this AMAZING site about maintenence of the watch etc. and the Bond connection makes me appreciate it more.

You are certainly right in saying that this is the watch that Fleming would have liked a modern world weary Bond to have worn. It's sheer class, reliability and usefulness make it an excellent field agent to work with.
