Not all authorized dealers are like that. of course. I go to Kenjo's store at 40 Wall St, NYC. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell (and the ones they don't sell as well). They seem to give very reasonable discounts on brands where the difference between their costs and the 'suggested retail' is high enough to give them some leeway.

They will repair any watch at any time for a fee of course (no proof necessary), but what is especially nice, I've seen them render service or advice to first time customers for free. For established customers, they consistently go above and beyond to keep them happy.

I don't think I truly appreciated them until I started reading the various posts here and on TZ. I've bought 5 watches from them so far (3 for my wife, 2 for me), and wouldn't consider going any place else.

I thought you'd like to hear a positive dealer experience for a change.
